We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Eureka County, Nevada. Day to day you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits.
