You should have: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery Day to day you will backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines.
