Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Calhoun County, Iowa. The job is at a shopfitting company. You will lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists. Ideal candidate: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits.
