Safety inspector — Orange County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a safety inspector in Orange County, Indiana. The job is at a manufacturing plant. What we are looking for: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate The role involves investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
