Floor screeder — DeWitt County

The role involves: • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage Rotating shifts. $250 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
