Scullery hand — Hamilton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Hamilton County, Texas. The job is at a cloud kitchen. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure You will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room.
