Excavator operator — Borsari

Immediate opening: we are hiring an excavator operator in Borsari, Yobe State. You will work in an open-cast mine. Your main tasks: • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift You should have: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
