Fire and safety officer — Bokkos

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Bokkos, Plateau State. You will work in a chemical processing unit. Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot On the job you will handle: • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task Pay around ₦120,000 per month, based on your experience.
