Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coater in Lyon County, Iowa. The role involves: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Six days a week, one day off.
