Now hiring: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Saline County, Kansas. The job is on a lift modernisation project. The role involves respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays. You should have: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
