Join our team: rough terrain crane operator (Imo State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Owerri North, Imo State. The job is at a container port and shipping yard. Your main tasks: • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Current medical and eyesight certificate At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
