Lathe programmer-operator • Wayne County, North Carolina

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Wayne County, North Carolina. You will be based at an auto-components manufacturing unit. The role involves: • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm 6+ years on the tools preferred.
