Immediate opening: finish carpenter (Missouri)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Perry County, Missouri. You will be based at a kitchen and furniture manufacturer. Your main tasks: • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw Requirements: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
