Core maker wanted in Kent County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a core maker in Kent County, Delaware. On a typical shift you will operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities. Requirements: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal 3+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
