Concrete labourer wanted in Jada

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Jada, Adamawa State. You will be based with a civil contractor. The role involves pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer. What we are looking for: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day ₦235,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
