You will check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code. You should have: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience.
