Short order cook wanted in Watauga County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Watauga County, North Carolina. The job is in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat 3+ years on the tools preferred.
