Earthmoving equipment operator — Columbus County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Columbus County, North Carolina. The job is on a road construction project. What we are looking for: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence On a typical shift you will maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; refuel the machine and record running hours; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels.
