Groundworker wanted in Sonoma County

Join our team: we are hiring a groundworker in Sonoma County, California. You will backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction. You should have: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times Six days a week, one day off.
