Plant operator — Grenada County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator in Grenada County, Mississippi. You will be based on an earthmoving and excavation site. Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings On a typical shift you will check for underground cables and services before digging; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
