Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Able to read formwork and structural drawings The role involves: • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints Rotating shifts.
