Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Nelson County, Kentucky. You will work in a supermarket meat department. Day to day you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
