Requirements: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams You will coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio.
