Press machine operator — Kura

Great opportunity: we are hiring a press machine operator in Kura, Kano State. You will be based in a forging and pressing unit. Requirements: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Your main tasks: • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦230,000 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
