Dishwasher — Putnam County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwasher in Putnam County, West Virginia. You will be based in a hospital canteen. The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Full-time with occasional weekends.
