PVC window assembler — Pike County

Now hiring: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Pike County, Kentucky. You will work on site fitting windows in new-build flats. You should have: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads You will clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter.
