Now hiring: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Mayo-Belwa, Adamawa State. You should have: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing On the job you will handle: • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse Part-time with flexible hours.
