Crane rigger — Sonoma County

Now hiring: we are hiring a crane rigger in Sonoma County, California. The job is on a high-rise building site. Day to day you will inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; read lift plans and method statements before starting. What we are looking for: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
