Line cook — Kenedy County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in Kenedy County, Texas. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
