Vacancy available: CNC mill setter-operator (Illinois)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Lawrence County, Illinois. On the job you will handle: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed Ideal candidate: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Rotating shifts.
