Dough maker — Isin

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Isin, Kwara State. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Pay around ₦145,000 per month, based on your experience.
