Now hiring: we are hiring a sausage maker in Perry County, Arkansas. The role involves keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
