Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Okaloosa County, Florida. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Day to day you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles.
