Bread and bun maker wanted in Chanchaga

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Chanchaga, Niger State. You will work at a busy bakery. Your main tasks: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
