We are recruiting: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Casey County, Kentucky. The job is on a ready-made garment production line. Day-to-day duties: • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality What we are looking for: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
