Sewing machine operator — Nobles County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Nobles County, Minnesota. You will work on an export house sewing floor. The role involves: • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
