You will write up incident reports after any disturbance; check fire exits, locks, gates and seals during rounds; patrol the premises on foot at fixed intervals; detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police; frisk people and run bag checks at the entry point; operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out.
