Floor care technician — Chugach Census Area

Immediate opening: we are hiring a floor care technician in Chugach Census Area, Alaska. You will be based at a residential apartment complex. On a typical shift you will operate industrial floor scrubbers and carpet extractors; mop up spills and put out wet-floor warning signs; strip, scrub and re-polish hard floors with a buffing machine; spot-clean carpets and lift stains; sweep, mop and vacuum floors across all assigned areas; sanitise high-touch points like door handles and light switches. Requirements: • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred • Fit to stand, bend and lift throughout long shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
