Immediate opening: commis chef (Maryland)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Allegany County, Maryland. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Day to day you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
