Baker — Dorset

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Dorset, England. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
