Your main tasks: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
