Ceiling and wall plasterer — Fillmore County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a ceiling and wall plasterer in Fillmore County, Nebraska. You will work in an occupied house during renovation. On a typical shift you will mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; check walls for plumb and level as you go; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets. What we are looking for: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day Meals and transport allowance provided.
