Coating plant operator wanted in Delaware County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Delaware County, Iowa. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. On a typical shift you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
