Your main tasks: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits.
