Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Jackson County, North Carolina. The job is at a cake shop. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Your main tasks: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Score the top of loaves before baking • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
