Surface coating operator wanted in Okanogan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Okanogan County, Washington. You will work on an industrial coating line. Your main tasks: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime 4+ years on the tools preferred. $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
