We are recruiting: we are hiring a hand presser in Clay County, Texas. You will work in a garment export house. The role involves meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press. Requirements: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
