Immediate opening: we are hiring a security officer in Ellis County, Kansas. You will detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police; operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door; keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area; man the reception desk and direct visitors to the right block; frisk people and run bag checks at the entry point; operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out. You should have: • Valid PSARA / security guard licence • Ex-servicemen preferred At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
