Power press operator — Grayson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a power press operator in Grayson County, Virginia. You will be based in a forging and pressing unit. You should have: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Day-to-day duties: • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
