Requirements: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules The role involves set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured.
